What to Expect

Before Your Appointment

  • Once you book, you'll receive a Pre-Visit Consultation Form via email. Please fill it out so I can get to know your hair or scalp needs.

  • 3 days before your appointment, you’ll get a confirmation email and text. Please confirm your appointment to hold your spot.

  • 24 hours before, you’ll receive a final confirmation reminder. If you’ve already confirmed, you can ignore this one.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.


The Consultation

Scalp Facial Appointments

  • We’ll start with a relaxed, in-depth conversation about your scalp concerns, history, and your goals. This helps me tailor your treatment to you.

Blonding Appointments

  • A little myth-busting: clean hair actually processes color and lightener more effectively than dirty hair. Please arrive with clean, dry hair styled as you usually wear it. This helps me see how your hair behaves naturally.

  • We’ll talk about your ideal tone, maintenance goals, and create a custom plan for your color, toner and cut.


Amenities Just for You

  • Free Wi-Fi – just ask me for the password.

  • Choose from water, soda, sparkling water, coffee, tea, and yes, even a little chocolate treat. You're here to relax.


After Your Appointment

  • I’ll send you personalized home care recommendations so you can keep your hair or scalp healthy between visits.

    You’ll get a follow-up email a few days after your service to check in and see how you’re feeling. I’ll be sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
